Cleaning of electric and electronic parts |

Chemical cleaning typically has been the standard method of removing burrs from connector pins used in wiring or from electronic parts. Chemical cleaning requires protective environmental measures, which lead to additional costs. As an alternative the Sugino water jet can be used for burr removal on electronic parts. High-pressure water can be focused on the smallest and most difficult to reach areas of parts and remove burrs in a short period of time. Because it only uses water, after-treatment care is minimized or eliminated creating the most appropriate method for cleansing and mass production. |
