Wire-saw cutting leaves cutting chips and slurry on silicon wafers, which need to be washed out. High-pressure water clears the chips and slurry remaining between wafers and removes the wafers from the fixing table. We have automatic cleaning machines for silicon wafers and for solar battery wafers. |
