Question 1
How does the machine deburr a target?
Such resins as melamine and nylon and media such as ceramics is made into slurry and shot with high-pressure water for deburring. In the ordinary wet-blasting machine, the media speed is accelerated with compressed air, but our machine does it with high-pressure water.

Question 2
How does it differ from deburring by
water jet washing?
In water jet injection, only water is used for deburring. Burrs up to 0.05 mm thick can be deburred. To remove burr of a thickness more than 0.05 mm, you have to use a media injection deburring washing machine. However, the greatest thickness of burr that can be removed is around 0.1 mm.

Question 3
What materials can the machine handle?

Question 5
How is the processing of separating
the media and burr?
Mainly, iron and such materials are separated magnetally and the resins are separated by floating it on air bubbles. (Mechanically grinding of stainless steel,Austenite as SUS304, 316, etc. allows such waste material to be attracted magnetically.)

Question 8
Is deburring of a cross hole possible?
Yes, it is possible. Currently, however, it is possible as long as the burr position is within a range of 20 to 40 mm from the hole outlet and the hole diameter is 3 mm or more larger than the nozzle diameter.
