What is Spiral jet cleaning?
Examples of Washing
Spiral jet cleaning is a method of washing the nozzle while oscillating it. It is best suited to wash a transmission case or cylinder block with so many tap holes and oil holes.
An electric motor is used for oscillation, and a hydraulic cylinder, electric motor, and a servo motor are used for movement.
A direct injection motor laid out at an equal interval in a shape of an object to be washed enclosed by them are simultaneously subject to hole "sharpshooting" washing and outer washing with the nozzle vibration mechanism. It enables reduction of the washing process, and further provides efficient chip removal with intermittent jet force when the movement speed is slow.
In addition, it can be used both in the air and underwater.
