Replacing consumable parts

SH/SB series
1. Replacing rollers
Turn the housing nut counterclockwise to be removed. Next the frame and stem are both pulled out together.
Note: Replace the rollers with their larger diameter ends facing
the tool head. Replace the entire set of rollers at the
same time. If new and old rollers are mixed together the
tool performance will be diminished creating abnormal
abrasion or low precision results.
2. Replacing the frame
Turn the housing nut counterclockwise and remove.
Next insert a push rod into the hole of the frame and stem while turning it counterclockwise and the frame can be removed.
3. Replacing the mandrel
The mandrel is threaded on the shank. Turn the body on the mandrel counterclockwise and it can be removed off of the shank.
