Question 1
What features the washing machine has?
A submerged high-pressure washing machine removes chips by injecting high-pressure in small flow-rate. Compared with the low-pressure, high flow-rate type of submerged washing, it has a much better capacity for chip removal. In addition, the injection nozzle has a special configuration to improve the submerged washing capacity. The brick erosion test has demonstrated that the machine has about 10 times greater effect of erosion than a conventional nozzle.

Question 2
Why does the machine wash it underwater?
In submerged water jet injection, the jet injection force drops greatly because of the resistance of the surrounding water. However, in submerged injection, cavitation is generated between the jet and surrounding water. By using the washing force with this cavitation, the machine better performs submerged washing.

Question 3
What is an submerged injection nozzle?
The nozzle is called the "horn type nozzle" and has a taper shape that extends at the end of the outlet. The water in the taper efficiently generates cavitation, and increases the washing effect.

Question 5
What targets the machine can handle?
  1. Chip removal of the engine parts of the general-purpose, agricultural-purpose, and 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles.
  2. Chip removal of hydraulic and pneumatic valve parts
  3. Cast sand removal of precision cast parts
