Standard Newtric Selfeeder Models ES2 through ES5 come equipped with dual voltage 230/460v induction motors, drill chuck, one set of pulleys and a belt for your chosen spindle speed, a standard air valve block with manually adjustable feed rate controls and 'auto return button' which provides depth repetability of ±.004", (±0.1mm).
Model ES6 and ES7 Selfeeders are supplied standard with 230/460v induction motors, one set of pulleys and belt , and built-in air inlets. Depth repeatability is ±.0008", (±0.02mm).
For use when back chamfering or back spot facing.
Selfeeder Models ES2 through ES5 can be equipped with an economy type 'A' valve block. No flow controls or manual start and stop buttons are supplied. Specify this valve block when you need remote control operations and peck feed drilling.
Specify an 'SM' vpackage for Selfeeder Models ES2 through ES5 if you need to peck feed drill.
It includes an air return 'R' type feed regulator, an economy type "A" valve block, and an operating signal kit (OSK). If you need control the air logic during peck feed drilling, order the MCB-1 peck feed controller, or use your own programmable logic controller (PLC).
The ESP3 selfeeder is available with a longer stroke of 5.91" and the ES5 selfeeder is available with a longer stroke of 7.87" inches.
Other Newtric models can be special ordered with longer strokes. |
