Various application fields of "BiNF-s"

BiNFi-s has a variety of lineups and versatile characteristics, and introduction and application development are advancing regardless of the field.
We will introduce some of its application fields.

Besides this, it can also be applied to environmental purification agents, cell culture substrates, food additives, etc.

Dispersant

BiNFi-s is expected to be applied in a wide variety of fields because it can disperse from light materials such as food and resin to heavy materials such as inorganic materials and metals.

As a concrete example, it shows a state where various inorganic particles are dispersed. Depending on dispersion conditions, the dispersible range is determined by the specific gravity and particle size of the particles to be dispersed.

Emulsifier

BiNFi-s can be emulsified from edible oils to industrial organic solvents with low polarity, so it is expected to be applied in a wide range of fields.

As a concrete example, it shows the emulsified state of olive oil. It is uniformly emulsified and the emulsified state lasts for a long time.

Reinforcing Material (Filler)

It can reinforce resin, rubber, paper, etc. by using characteristics such as high strength, low thermal expansion, light weight and high aspect ratio of BiNFi-s.

PVA

It is the result of reinforcing polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with BiNFi-s cellulose.
It can be seen that reinforcement is achieved while maintaining the transparency of PVA.

The reinforcement effect of BiNFi-s cellulose increases with longer fiber length.

CFRP

It shows the result of improvement of fatigue life by adding BiNFi-s cellulose to carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP).

Better use of BiNFi-s cellulose with different fiber length improves life cycle of material.

Additive for Cosmetics

For cosmetics, there are many applications that make use of BiNFi-s' features, such as moisture retention, good feel, stable particle dispersion and emulsification.

As a specific example, BiNFi-s cellulose is added to milky lotion and cream to show the result of increasing water retention.
You can produce a unique touch feel less sticky.
