Superoll SH/SB series for internal surface processing

  1. Roller replacement
When removing the housing by rotating the housing nut to the left, the frame will come off together with the stem.
Take off the roller from the inside of the frame, and replace it with a new roller.
Note: Please assemble the roller by connecting the thicker diameter side with the tool tip.
The roller should always be replaced as a single set. Using a new roller with an older one may cause abnormal wear and tear or poor precision.
  2. Frame replacement
Remove the housing nut by rotating it to the left, and then take off the frame and stem. Insert a bar into the holes of the frame and stem, rotate to the left, and remove. (Right-hand screw)
  3. Mandrel replacement
The mandrel is screwed into the shank. While holding the shank, rotate the two-way valve of the mandrel to the left with a left-handed wrench, and remove the mandrel from the shank. (Right-hand screw)
