Superoll Level: Roller Burnishing Tool for Flat Surfaces

The "Superoll Level" roller burnishing tool for flat surfaces uses a face milling technique (cross cutting) to mirror-finish flat surfaces and improve surface quality. It is ideal for finishing the mating surfaces of transmission components and tool surfaces.

How to use the Superoll Level

1. Attach the Superoll Level to the machining center or milling machine.
2. Set the driving engine z-axis (stroke control) accurately for optimal roller surface compaction.
3. The Superoll Level rolling-compacts the workpiece surface as it rotates the Superoll.
