The "U-Jet III Submerged Washing Machine" is a submerged high-pressure washing machine utilizing the synergistic effect of high-pressure water and cavitation.
Low noise and low cost are achieved by adopting the original mechanism while improving versatility.
A "3,4 Index Type Submerged Washing Machine" capable of performing 120- and 90-degree indexing is also available.

Features

1. Direct loading/unloading method
   Cycle time is significantly reduced as workpiece transfer operation and washing tank sealing operation are performed at the same time.
2. Washing without blind spots
   Six surface target washing is possible by direct 4-axis robot and work rotation.
3. Adopting the rapid water supply and drainage method
   Prevention of chip re-adhesion and rapid washing are now achieved.
