A tool holder which taper extends and removes burrs evenly by profile machining. Optimal for deburring of vague shapes such as pipe transverse holes and casting contours. It can be installed on machining centers, robots, and other finishing machines.

The XY-axis table movement system is used to realize high-speed and high-rigidity movement with the latest feed guides and high-performance motors. The combination of a high-rigidity spindle and a high-torque motor capable of withstanding heavy cutting of iron-based workpieces enables machining capability equivalent to No.40 taper class with No.30 taper.

Linkage function with "Tool Presetter" from Kyoritsu Seiki of SUGINO group will ber demonstrated. This compact horizontal No.40 taper MC meets the needs of smaller than No.40 taper MC yet better machining capability than No.30 taper MC. Space-saving 4-spindle specification. A gun drill machine that performs high-precision and highly-efficient drilling for small-diameter and deep hole drilling. The original slide type whip guide system moves forward and backward with the spindle unit of 12,000 min-1 at the maximum, and enables the deep hole drilling without using a long cutter. It has 4 spindles in the compact body, which is suitable for mass production.

This drilling and tapping unit has been introduced in a wide range of fields such as automobiles and aircraft since its development in 1967. By using it as a dedicated machine, highly-efficient multi-directional simultaneous machining can be performed. A wide range of products, including a lineup of over 40 models, multi-spindle heads and stands will help designing special-purpose machine.

SUGINO's original tool is installable in the general multi-purpose machines and enables one-pass mirro-finish with Rz0.8µm or less. Applicable to various metal surfaces such as inner and outer surfaces, end surfaces, tapered surfaces, and spherical surfaces. Since it burnishes with a roller, the sliding property, wear resistance, and fatigue strength of the machined part are improved. It can also be used to correct the inner diameter in a few micrometers.

This is the world's first washing machine that uses ultrahigh-pressure water of 245 MPa for deburring and precision washing. The workpiece handling type arm enables high speed and highly accurate positioning, and loading/unloading in a single machine. This system can cope with burrs of crossing holes of iron material parts and hard edge burrs by milling, which are difficult under conventional pressure.
