Roller Burnishing
This is a processing method in which rollers crush a metallic surface, causing plastic deformation and providing a mirror-like finish.
Processing time is significantly reduced compared to grinding, and wear resistance and fatigue strength are also improved to achieve a superior effect.
The division provides a variety of "Superolls" to perform burnishing on all types of work shapes such as inner diameter, outer diameter, end face, taper surface, R surface, spherical surface, etc.
