Plant Equipment Division develops and manufactures equipment such as the "Star Burst" atomization equipment, which utilizes ultrahigh-pressure technology.

Pulverization, Dispersion, and Emulsification

The "Star Burst" causes raw materials in a slurry state to collide in an oblique direction at a ultrahigh-pressure, thereby pulverizing, dispersing, and emulsifying the materials.
Since the unit does not use any pulverizing agent, it minimizes contamination and displays other outstanding features as well.
It is continuing to make progress, being widely adopted and utilized as a basic technology in the advanced micro-machining field for electronic materials, fine chemicals, pigments, toners, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc.
A lineup of various chambers are available according to application.
It is also available for consignment processing and rental.
