The Self-Unit H5 is a horizontal CNC machining unit capable of fast, high precision processing of small parts.
The unit is 596 mm wide, 1,124 mm high, and has a spindle rotation speed of 20,000 revolutions. The unit's compact size means it can be installed in narrow spaces while retaining rigidity, allowing the construction of a processing line below line of sight. The unit also reduces power consumption, making it an energy-saving product.

1. Compact
This is an ultra-compact horizontal machining unit, just 596 mm wide and 1,124 mm high. It comes equipped with an ATC and magazine. The unit makes effective use of space thanks to its small installation area, improving productivity per unit of installation space.
2. High Speed and High Rigidity
The spindle uses a super precision ceramic bearing, enabling 20,000 revolutions. It uses a linear guide applicable to a #30 taper spindle machine, enabling stable, high speed and high precision processing.
3. Coolant-through Compatibility
The unit displays good chip discharge characteristics, and it is possible to process small-diameter, deep holes with a high level of precision.
