Superoll Slim CSA Type: Roller Burnishing Tools for Small Diameter Outer Surface
Compact Type Axial Outer Surface CSA Type, diameter 3.0 to 14.5 mm
The compact type "Superoll Slim CSA Type" for axial outer surfaces features a compact adjusting mechanism for tool diameter and can be attached to the CNC automatic lathe. Since there is a through-hole that is larger than the processing diameter inside the shank, there is no restriction on processing length.

2. To minimize non-burnished area of Superoll, grind off the head protrusion from the roller tip to the same position as the roller tip after setting the tool diameter.
