Combine three features into one machine
A waterproof type column robot handle workpieces and integrate three features of transferring, washing, and drying into a single machine. It achieves space saving and automation at the same time.
Small processing and washing line
JCC 701 ROBO can be built into the machining line. The robot has a long stroke with a movable range of 1,000 mm. Workpieces can be carried in directly from adjacent machines.
Centralizing maintenance areas
Maintenance devices are centralized at the rear of the machine, and thus the machine can be placed next to each other on both sides.
All periodical inspections, such as filter replacement, are possible by opening the one-sided door on the rear side.
Without daily inspec tion by sensing
Workpiece production information and parameters related to facility maintenance can be sent to the host system or PLC. It eliminates the time and effort of daily inspection.
Example of introduction
Flexible layout design is possible because column robots can access in three directions: front, left, and right.
Since it is possible to perform simple washing between machining processes and washing / drying immediately after completing machining processing, lead time to the next process can be shortened.
