The "Jet Storm Washer M-type" is an aeration jet type submerged washing machine capable of automatically performing all processes from washing, degreasing, air blow, and hot-air drying.
The punches and dies of the tableting machine for the pharmaceutical and food industry can be washed simultaneously. Accurate washing is performed in a short period through a jet stream and aeration based on a half-submergence system.
In spite of a small size, a large number of punches and dies can be washed, because of which a high cost performance is exhibited.

Features

1. The compact main unit contains a large washing tank
   　Even at a width of 770 mm, the washing machine is provided with a 65-L washing tank which can be used to simultaneously wash 72 sets of punches and dies.
2. High power washing and degreasing performance
   　Because of the upper rotating nozzle and swirling flow, the residual medicines can be washed away without leaving any blind spots. As a result of the aeration jet and heating, high power degreasing and removal of impurities is achieved without the use of an organic solvent.
3. Automatic and Batch Execution of Processes from Washing to Drying
   All processes from submerged and open-air washing to water cutting by air blowing, and hot-air drying are performed automatically. Products are dried immediately after washing without going through human hands, which prevents the occurrence of rust and water marks.
