1-SP Tapper Head

This is a head designed specifically for tapping.
Four models are available based on tap size and applicable synchro tapper.

Notes：

If the tap holding mechanism is floating type, a radial floating mechanism is provided.
Please download the PDF to check the radial floating amount.
For small diameter and high-speed tapping (processing conditions exceeding a rotation speed of 1,200 min⁻¹), a centering tap holding mechanism is recommended.
Please download the PDF to check if the tap shank dimensions (round and square sizes) of the tools you are using are compatible.

Single Tapper head models, 1TD-10160RFF and 1TD-20200RFF are only applicable to the spindle tapers of our synchro tapper or selfeeder DUO.
When using a single tapper head with the synchro tapper ST4M-H420 and STE-H527-420, the 1TD socket (optional) is required.
