The “2D Nozzle” is a self-rotating nozzle unit for cleaning and removing substances such as scales, rust, and soot that are deposited inside underground pipes or towers.
Due to the reactive force of the high-pressure water that is sprayed from the cleaning nozzle, the nozzle rotates diametrically within the pipe and cleans the entire circumference inside the pipe.
Features
Uniform cleaning is possible! A magnetic break mechanism is used for controlling the rotation of the nozzle, the rotation speed remains constant at all times and thus uniform cleaning is possible.
Stepless adjustment of the rotation speed! The nozzle rotation speed can be adjusted steplessly between 14 – 40 mins -1, and cleaning can be done at optimum rotation speed depending on the type and quantity of the substance attached within the pipe.
