SELFEEDER DUO SD-1SP/2SP

It is capable of processing taper threads up to RC1 in aluminum materials, thanks to a maximum spindle torque of 133 N·m.

Notes：

Select the model and rotation speed based on factors such as work material, machinability, tap diameter, material, and cutting speed.
The tapping capacity is calculated using a spiral tap, with a tapping depth of 1.5 times the tap diameter.
If the required machining specifications exceed the capacity table values, please contact the nearest sales office.
A servo motor for feed is with a holding brake. (“B” is added to the end of model number.)
The BILT type spindle is compatible with NT Tool Co., Ltd.’s Quick Change Tapping Chuck WFLP-Tr model.
Please prepare the tapping chuck on your side.
Spindle center distance of 2SP is 126mm.If a different spindle pitch is required, please contact the nearest sales office.
