Features

High-precision cleaning by Swing-Aiming washing

The workpiece rotation axis and the nozzle drive axis move synchronously. Adoption of “Swing-Aiming Washing” (U.S. Patent 11318503).
Swing-Aiming Washing is a high speed positioning system that uses pressure and minimizes flow rate to achieve high cleanliness and reduced power consumption.

Applicable Workpiece size : 600×500×400mm

A large washing area is secured to wash the eAxle, a key component of EVs. Space is saved by integrating the washing tank with the equipment into a single unit.
Footprint area is reduced by 20% compared to conventional machines, which have the same level of washing space.

 

Energy-saving drying with centrifugal drying function (PAT.P.)

By swiveling the workpiece up and down and rotating it at high speed in a position that facilitates drainage, centrifugal force disperses remained water.
Air blowing by factory air is no longer necessary, resulting in a significant reduction of CO2 emissions compared to conventional machines.

Realization of process integration and tact time reduction

A turntable is equipped as standard, and washing and drying processes are performed concurrently in two rooms.
The process integration and tact time reduction are achieved.
We provide a large processing area while reducing the footprint of the equipment.

L-shaped door provides flexibility of loading and unloading

L-shaped door that opens from the front and top of the machine for automatic part transport. From the front of the machine, robot can load/unload part.
Also, a gantry loader can be utilized to load/unload part from the top of the equipment.

Consolidate maintenance areas

Routine maintenance requirements, such as high-pressure pumps, air equipment, and tanks, are concentrated on the rear of the equipment.
This reduces the workload on the operators.
Equipment and doors are eliminated allowing for adjacent installation of machines.
