Superoll MAC: Mechanical Automatic Tool Diameter Controlled Roller Burnishing Tool for Inner Surface Blind-hole
This tool is suitable for finishing of works with inconsistent pre-burnishing hole diameter and die-cast parts with draft angle.Since overload can be prevented by automatic tool diameter adjuster, the life time of tool is extended.

Unlike SB Type, automatic tool diameter adjuster is equipped in the body.
Tool diameter is kept its balance point with built-in spring force and burnishing force.
Enabling stable finish surface within the range of max. 0.2mm variability.
