Tube Cleaner: Cleaner for Removing Scales from The Inside of Tubes
The "Tube Cleaner" is an automated scale cleaner for removing scales and compounds attached to the inner surfaces of tubes in heat exchangers, boilers, condensers, etc. Sugino Machine provides various types of tube cleaners and attachments, depending on the type and quantity of the scale deposit on the inside of the tubes.
Water Driven 4000 Type
This water-powered tube cleaner can be used on both straight and curved tubes.
By pressurizing water that passes through the cleaner motor and then transferring it to the cutter head, this cleaner can simultaneously discharge scales from the tube and cool the connecting head at the tip.

Scale removal from service pipes and the tubes of boilers, coolers,
heat exchangers, and chemical equipment.
Air-driven 7000 Type
This compressed air-powered tube cleaner can be used on both straight and curved tubes.
The efficient use of exhaust air enables this tool to clear away scales from the tube, while cooling the tip of the connecting head at the same time. It does not generate any heat, even after being used continuously for a long time.

Scale removal from boilers, condensers, heat exchangers, chemical equipment reactor tubes,
heating pipes of oil refining equipment as well as other pipelines.
Electrically Driven EG Type and EF Type
This electrically driven tube cleaner can be used on both straight and curved tubes.
Since it is electrically driven, power supply can be easily obtained. The electric motor can be stored in a wheeled container for easy transfer and transport.
