Notice for Discontinuation of Selfeeder “Global”
Thank you for your continued support and for the confidence that you have placed in us.
We appreciate your loyal patronage towards Selfeeder over the years.
Unfortunately, after careful consideration, we will discontinue the production, due to recent situation of our production facilities.
We regret to inform you the discontinuation schedule as follows: order acceptance until end of September 2023, and production until end of March 2024, please consider preparing spare units accordingly.

2．Deadlines for Order-taking and Maintenance Support
End of September, 2023 Deadline for order-taking (orders received until September 30)
October, 2023 Shift to make-to-order production (price revision)
End of March, 2024 Deadline for order-taking after shift to make-to-order production
(orders received until March 31), discontinue production
End of March, 2031 Deadline for repair support and maintenance parts supply
(7 years from deadline for accepting orders)
However, maintenance parts such as electronic parts may not be repaired even within the supply period due to their availability.
