Returns to Employees

Our company is committed to focusing management resources on growth areas, and to enhancing sustainable growth and productivity through the development of employee skills and abilities. We aim to maximize added value by increasing wages based on the “Fundamental Principle of Wage Determination” and adjusting them appropriately according to the company’s situation. In addition to wage increases, we also aim for comprehensive improvement in employee treatment. By actively investing in human resources to improve employee engagement and further productivity, we strive for sustainable returns to our employees.

 

Specifically, regarding wage increases, we are committed to engaging in sincere dialogue between labor and management. For human resource investment, we focus on enhancing career development, skill development, and management capabilities through methods such as “OJT (On-the-Job Training)” and various training programs tailored to job functions and levels, which help improve expertise and job performance capabilities through practical experience.

Additionally, to further enhance specialized skills, knowledge, cultural understanding, and personal development, we have established self-improvement programs. These include language education, correspondence courses, and recurrent education at higher education institutions such as graduate schools, which employees can choose to participate in voluntarily. Our goal is to develop individuals who “think and act independently.
